By downloading, installing, or using TaskApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TaskApp is a personal task management and productivity application that allows you to create, organize, and track tasks, set focus timers, and monitor your productivity. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some features of TaskApp may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in TaskApp (tasks, notes, etc.). By using our cloud sync feature, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

TaskApp offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features:

• TaskApp Premium Monthly — billed monthly
• TaskApp Premium Yearly — billed annually

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices are in local currency and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any price changes in advance.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

7. Intellectual Property

TaskApp, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TaskApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms within the app or on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TaskApp at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
