Data Storage

Your task data is stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data is encrypted and stored securely on Firebase servers. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

Third-Party Services

TaskApp may use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (authentication, data sync, and cloud functions)
• Anthropic Claude (AI coach conversations)
• OpenAI Whisper (voice transcription for voice capture and task extraction)
• Apple (Sign in with Apple, in-app purchases, and calendar integration)

Voice recordings are sent to our servers for processing and are not retained after transcription is complete. AI coach conversations are processed in real-time and are not used to train third-party AI models.

Subscriptions and Purchase Data

If you subscribe to TaskApp Premium, your subscription is managed through Apple's App Store. We store your subscription status and expiration date to provide premium features. We do not have access to your payment details — all payment processing is handled by Apple.

Children's Privacy

TaskApp is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
